Famous Stone Bridge - Katouni

The stone bridge in Katouni was built under British rule and the Engineer John McFale. It was completed in 1829. It is 110m long and is supported by 13 arches.

Bridge at Katouni

In 1826 the British built a 13 arch stone bridge linking Livadi with the small hamlet of Katouni. It is simply a magnificent bridge set against a traditional Greek landscape.
