The hard working father of Panagotis of the "Fos Fanari" cafe bar is my first cousin and namesake, George Vardas, here seen relaxing briefly on the balcony of this exquisite new cafe bar in Hora.
Panayotis Vardas, pictured here behind the bar and operating the cafe bar's sophisticated sound and visual systems, is the operator of a great new cafe bar in Hora called the "Fos Fanari".
