Facts About Estiator

Profile

Founded in 1988, Estiator (The Restaurateur) is the only magazine with a national circulation addressed to Greek Americans in the foodservice industry (restaurants, coffee shops, pizzerias, cafeterias and bars). Written by industry professionals, Estiator aims to inform and educate the restaurant operator.

The legendary success of Greek Americans in the restaurant industry is one of the finest examples of the fruition of the American Dream. Across the country thousands of businesses (large and small) from coffee shops to diners, and from upscale restaurants to exclusive catering facilities are run by Greek Americans - a group that is, according to the US Census Bureau, among the top two most affluent and most educated ethnicities in the country. Estiator gives you the opportunity to communicate with them.

Estiator, the only publication that exclusively addresses the Greek American restaurant industry, is the singular instrument for any company or organization to use when looking to attract business from that market.

Circulation

Circulation is over 24,000, and growing.
Estimates indicate that over 55,000 people read Estiator monthly Circulation is national, with strong concentration where there are large populations of Greek Americans (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, the Carolinas, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, California, Texas and many other states).
