big easter tradtion on kythera , after the church services and fasting its time to have a big lunch and celebrate the fact that christ has risen ...the traditional cooking of the lambs at agia pelagia on easter sunday for lunch with loves ones and friends .. then fowolled by dancing with a band and dancing on the road .. kalo paska everybody ..shame it wont be happening this year ...

lovely quiet little beach at the end of the the dirt road passsing the kaki kalada main beach you will find this magnificent swimming beach , has a little path to climb down to the beach ..but once there it will be a memoryable swim...

agia pelagia from the karava side , still miss all the boats , ferries docking at agia pelagia , somehow diakofti hasnt got that buzz that agia pelagia had when the boats used to anchor there ....

great way to finish the day after a day on the island in the summer , having a cool drink or ice cream at agia pelagia with the waves splashing onto the shore , and its even better when there is a full moon ...

part of our famous mollo at agia pelagia in my opinion one of the islands treasures where all our relatives left to travel to countries far away ..
heading in towards agia pelagia and to dock our boat after circumnavigating the island.. and seeing the island in a differant perspective .. it was a great day

neos kosmos beach at agia pelagia with its dramatic background of mountains, great beach with a great restaurant just on the other side of the road ... beach and great food .. heaven !
I think the best beach at agia pelagia is firri ammo .. with its red fine little pebbels .. its a favourite to a lot of beach goers ....!
another lovely little beach just outside agia pelagia .. kalamitzi ... never busy with swimmers in the summer .. crystal clear water and great to cool down in the summer !!
