Greek cafe a culturally significant site

Greek cafes were the pre-cursor to the country's fast-food industry and mostly served everything but Greek food.

The once-ubiquitous "mixed grill" has become part of Australia's official cultural heritage.

Greek cafes were the pre-cursor to the country's fast-food industry and mostly served everything but Greek food.

They were found in many country towns... and often provided employment for extended families.

the criteria for culturally significant sites.
