One of my favourite images from the National Archives, Canberra. "Immigration - Migrant education (learning English) - Twelve year old Stanley Harris, an Adelaide schoolboy spends most of his spare time teaching Greek migrants English. He now teaches a class of 10 children but he has taught a class of 20. He recently helped two adult Greeks to win their English certificates after 34 lessons. When Stanley finishes his own lessons at school he hurries home to prepare his own 'four o'clock' school". http://www.naa.gov.au/
