the picturesque fishing village of limnionas , situated west of mylopotamos , down a winding spetacular road that goes down to the village, in past years limniona was a fishing base for the mylopotamo area, the village folk would stay in those little cabins and fish the waters at limniona for a week or so then return up the mountain with their catch of seafood for their families .. today its a lovely place for a swim and a nice cold drink at the koisk on the beach on a warm august day ..
