Anna Calligeros - Lecturer in Food and Beverage Diploma in hotel management.

After several years with the Hilton Group, Anna specialised in pre-opening for Hotel Nikko and Star City. As Training and Development Manager responsible for recruitment, selection, induction of all front of house operations including 14 bars and restaurants and the International Hotel, she has spent much of her time in the last few years writing curriculum for accreditation including RSA, Cultural Awareness, Workplace Hygiene and Safety.

At the William Blue International Hotel Management School all lecturers are currently employed within the industry or are currently associated with major industry leaders. The School helps and encourages students to work part time in the industry during the course. Nearly 90% of the students elect to work, and in the two years of the Advanced Diploma course can earn between $16,000 and $36,000.

The school is located in North Sydney, a few kilometres from the centre of Sydney.

The school has a professional kitchen servicing a 65 seat restaurant, Billy Blue Brasserie, on campus. As the Brasserie is a very popular North Sydney venue, it is a perfect place for students to learn about fine dining preparation and service, in a real environment, from their first semester of study.
